Photo Necklace

Our beautiful photo necklace is available with a laser-engraved photo.  A complimentary message is laser engraved on the back of your pendant. All of our photo necklace styles are finished with a beautiful complimentary cable 50cm surgical steel chain to match the colour of the pendant chosen.

We have five photo necklaces to choose from. Style one silver. It is an oval shape with a stunning decorative edge.

Style two, in your choice of silver or gold, is an oval shape with a curved edge. Style three is a round silver pendant. Style four has a more considerable curved edge in silver. Style five is a larger rectangle shape in gold.

It is a sturdy, allergy-free, waterproof metal that is corrosion-free and incredibly durable, making it perfect for everyday wear. I am hypoallergenic and non-tarnishing. How long does delivery take?

Once your order leaves our Newcastle studio, Australia Post takes over. Most Australian customers receive their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network, it can take up to 10 business days. For the fastest update, check your tracking details with Australia Post first, as they have the latest scan and delivery information.

What is Love Story's turnaround time?

Most orders placed before 12 PM AEST are dispatched the same day. Typical dispatch timeframes include:

  • Standard & Personalised Items: Dispatched daily (Mon-Fri)
  • Solid Gold Jewellery (9ct & 18ct): Handcrafted to order, please allow up to 7 business days

Peak season periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) may add an extra couple of business days for processing.

How do I track my order?

You can track your parcel from your order confirmation page, your shipping email, or anytime on our Order Tracking page. Just enter your details for an instant status update.

How much does shipping cost?

All Australian orders ship via tracked Australia Post services.

  • Standard shipping: $10.95 flat rate
  • FREE standard shipping on orders over $125
  • Express shipping: $15.35 flat rate
Can I see what my personalisation will look like?

Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as an option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.

If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:

  • The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
  • The design is pre-made with only small customisations like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
  • The nature of the jewellery piece means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.

We put a lot of care into making our product photos, descriptions, and checkout information as clear as possible so you can order with confidence. The details you need are shown on the product page before you buy.

Do you offer click and collect?

Yes! Select the "Click & Collect – Bennett's Green" option at checkout if you are within our local pickup zone.

Eligible items are usually ready within 2 hours during business hours. We will send you an SMS notification as soon as your order is ready. Please wait for the SMS before heading to our studio.

Collection hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Closed Tuesday, weekends, and public holidays.
