How much does delivery cost?

We offer a Flat Rate postage option in Australia Wide of $9.95 for standard tracked postage or $13.95 for TRACKED express post.
Love Story IS FREE TRACKED SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $99. We ship Australia-wide, New Zealand and the USA. If you require delivery outside of the countries listed please email hello@lovestory.com.au with your request, and if your country allows delivery without too much paperwork, risks etc, we will ship. All prices on our website are AUD.

Please Note this charge is for shipping costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Love Story Jewellery does not accept any responsibility for any custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

Love Story jewellery is shipped daily, Monday to Friday, for orders placed before 12 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time, from Newcastle, NSW. This includes personalised items.

  • Love Story has approximately 95% of our jewellery collections in stock and ready to ship.
  • The other 5% of our business has an extra shipping time attached. Generally, these items are 9ct and 18ct Gold pieces; due to the price fluctuations, we can offer the best prices by not keeping these pieces in stock and ready to go the same day. However, these items are generally still shipped within seven days from Newcastle, NSW. On the rare occasion, we may be unable to fulfil an out-of-stock item; in these rare moments, we will notify you immediately and work with you to arrange a solution to suit your timeframe.
  • All 9ct and 18ct Gold pieces are sent via Sign delivery and fully insured from our door to yours.
  • Please note during busier seasons like Christmas, this may require an extra couple of Business Days for your order to be processed.

How long does it take for orders to be delivered once dispatched?

All orders within Australia are sent via Tracked Delivery; once your order has been dispatched, the delivery time depends on delivery location (i.e. East vs West Coast or Metro vs Regional). The majority of our customers receive their orders within 5 Business Days via Standard Tracked Post however please allow up to 10 business days for standard tracked postage. If you require your goods before the 10 business days we suggest you upgrade to express for the extra $4.

How can I track my order?

Love Story will email tracking information to the email address provided at purchase. Please check your spam folder, as, unfortunately, they do end up there to prevent this please add Love Story Jewellery to your allowed email list.
