The second side of our business is our Pre-order section. Our pre-order is easily identified on our website. Our pre-orders are generally shipped within 7 days from Newcastle, NSW thanks to our Australian based supplier. Love Story orders weekly from our Australian Suppliers, to ensure pre-order items are shipped within these timelines. Quicker turnaround than 7 Days, needed? For those special occasions, please let us know as there is an express service available.
On the odd occasion, our supplier may be out of stock of the item, in these rare moments, we will notify you immediately and work with you to arrange a solution to suit your timeframe. From baby bracelets to bangles and heavy chains are available. All our Gold pieces have Full insurance for transit from us to you. All our pre-order items are sourced from our Australian wholesale suppliers. As you can see, we have you covered for your jewellery options.
Our Laser engraving is completed on-site at Newcastle NSW. This is the reason we can complete your beautiful piece and ship daily Monday to Friday generally. We also offer a Hand engraving service on-site. Our engraver has been in the industry for over 15 years.
