$10.95 standard tracked shipping Australia-wide. Express also available.

All Australian orders over $99 receive FREE standard tracked shipping.

Standard & Personalised Items
We stock a wide range of our collection, and most personalised items are crafted and shipped daily (Monday to Friday) from our Newcastle, NSW studio for orders placed before 12 PM AEST.
Solid Gold Jewellery (9ct & 18ct)
To ensure the highest quality and value, our solid gold pieces are often crafted especially for you. Please allow up to 7 business days for these unique items to be perfected by our artisans before dispatch.
Peak Periods
During busy seasons like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or Mother’s Day, please allow an extra couple of business days for order processing due to high demand.
In the rare event we cannot fulfil an out-of-stock item, we will contact you immediately to arrange a solution.

All prices are in AUD. All delivery services are fully tracked for your peace of mind.

Once dispatched, most customers receive their order within 5 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days, as delivery times can vary based on your location.
Express Tracked Post
For faster delivery, you can upgrade to Express Post at checkout for a small additional fee. Perfect for those special occasions.
FREE Standard Shipping
Automatically applied at checkout for all orders over $99. Enjoy complimentary standard tracked shipping Australia-wide.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track it using any of the following methods:

You will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to view its progress. Please check your spam or promotions folder, as these emails can sometimes land there.

The original order confirmation page you viewed after purchase will be updated with your tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
International Shipping
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. If you live outside these countries, please email us at hello@lovestory.com.au, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
