I would like to thank Debbie for replacing my order of a signet ring for my Granddaughter when I contacted her a week before Christmas when tracking my order I found it had been lost in the mail. Debbie asked me if I could pay the postage and she would send another order. As a result I had a very happy Grand Daughter when she opened her gift . For your kind review. I am still in shock at how long the parcel was stuck at Melbourne airport for as a return to sender (incorrect address, submitted). I have now received the original ring back. Have a lovely New Year.
