Clean the freshwater pearl earrings using the provided jewellery cloth from Love Story; a simple wipe-over will keep them looking beautiful. Never soak or dip pearls in liquid. If you have dirt or a mark on your pearl, use lukewarm water and a tiny amount of washing-up liquid. Dip a soft cloth into the liquid, wring it out so the fabric is damp, and wipe the mark off.

Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as an option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.
If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:
- The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
- The design is pre-made with only small customisations like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
- The nature of the jewellery piece means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.
We put a lot of care into making our product photos, descriptions, and checkout information as clear as possible so you can order with confidence. The details you need are shown on the product page before you buy.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes! Select the "Click & Collect – Bennett's Green" option at checkout if you are within our local pickup zone.
