Create your own unique story with our range of floating lockets. All of our floating lockets can be reopened to add more floating charms. Our floating lockets are available in various colours and sizes, including black, gold, rainbow, rose gold, and silver. We suggest approximately the following quantity of floating charms. *Based on the average size of 8mm, the size of the charms can be found in additional information under the product’s description.
20mm, 2 to 3 floating charms. 25mm, 3 to 4 floating charms, 30mm, 6 to 8 floating charms. 38mm, 10 to 12 floating charms. 45mm, 18 to 20 charms.
Your beautiful 20-, 25-, and 30-mm floating lockets are finished with a hypoallergenic, complimentary 50-cm cable chain and non-tarnishing surgical-grade stainless steel. The 38—mm and 45-mm lockets have a complementary 3-mm-heavier Belcher link at 60 cm.

Just love my locket with my charms, I saw your ad on FB and as my birthday was coming up I thought I would spoil myself, so I placed my order and I was happily surprised when it was shipped so fast, it was delivered the day before my actual birthday, I've had some lovely comments on how nice it is too, I will definitely order from you guys again, might have to get some Christmas charms.

How long does delivery take?
Once your order leaves our Newcastle studio, Australia Post takes over. Most Australian customers receive their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network, it can take up to 10 business days. For the fastest update, check your tracking details with Australia Post first, as they have the latest scan and delivery information.
What is Love Story's turnaround time?
Most orders placed before 12 PM AEST are dispatched the same day. Typical dispatch timeframes include:
- Standard & Personalised Items: Dispatched daily (Mon-Fri)
- Solid Gold Jewellery (9ct & 18ct): Handcrafted to order, please allow up to 7 business days
Peak season periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) may add an extra couple of business days for processing.

Can I see what my personalisation will look like?
Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as an option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.
If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:
- The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
- The design is pre-made with only small customisations like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
- The nature of the jewellery piece means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.
We put a lot of care into making our product photos, descriptions, and checkout information as clear as possible so you can order with confidence. The details you need are shown on the product page before you buy.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes! Select the "Click & Collect – Bennett's Green" option at checkout if you are within our local pickup zone.
Eligible items are usually ready within 2 hours during business hours. We will send you an SMS notification as soon as your order is ready. Please wait for the SMS before heading to our studio.
Collection hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Closed Tuesday, weekends, and public holidays.
