I brought this for my 90 year old mum for her birthday, I loved that I could personalize it just for her. It’s great quality, I got the rose gold . My only comment is I feel the chain could be slightly heavier to suit the locket. I personally replaced the chain for a heavier one and longer so she does not have to try to undo it and it was easier for her to put on and off. Overall, highly recommended this product and company. Will definitely be buying again.

Once your order leaves our Newcastle studio, Australia Post takes over. Most Australian customers receive their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network, it can take up to 10 business days. Most orders placed before 12 PM AEST are dispatched the same day. Typical dispatch timeframes include:

All Australian orders ship via tracked Australia Post services.

Can I see what my personalisation will look like?
Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as an option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.
If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:
- The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
- The design is pre-made with only small customisations like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
- The nature of the jewellery piece means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.
We put a lot of care into making our product photos, descriptions, and checkout information as clear as possible so you can order with confidence. The details you need are shown on the product page before you buy.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes! Select the "Click & Collect – Bennett's Green" option at checkout if you are within our local pickup zone.
Eligible items are usually ready within 2 hours during business hours. We will send you an SMS notification as soon as your order is ready. Please wait for the SMS before heading to our studio.
Collection hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Closed Tuesday, weekends, and public holidays.
