Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can’t find it.

The original order confirmation page you saw after purchase will be updated with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Use the Australia Post MyPost App

Download the free MyPost app to track all your Australia Post deliveries in one place. You’ll get notifications and can see delivery photos when available.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Dispatch: Most orders are dispatched daily (Mon-Fri) for orders placed before 12 PM AEST
  • Standard Delivery: Typically 5 business days, up to 10 business days depending on location
  • Express Delivery: Faster delivery available at checkout
  • Gold & Silver Items: Some pieces may take 3-7 business days before dispatch

Tracking Issues?

If you’re having trouble tracking your order or your tracking number isn’t working, please check:

  • Your order has been dispatched (you should have received a shipping confirmation email)
  • It can take a few hours for tracking information to appear in the Australia Post system
  • You’re entering the correct order number and email address
