Tired of waiting for your personalised piece? So were we. That’s why we handle all our personalisation right here in our Bennett’s Green studio, giving us complete quality control and a famously fast turnaround.

  • Expert Laser Engraving: Our trained team of in-house engravers uses precision lasers to ensure your message, name, or date is beautifully and permanently marked on your treasured piece.
  • Vibrant UV Printing: For photo jewellery and custom cases, our in-house UV printing delivers stunning, full-colour detail that brings your images to life.

Because we do it all ourselves, most orders placed before 12 pm AEST are shipped daily from Monday to Friday. Some specialised gold and sterling silver pieces may have a 3-7 business day turnaround to ensure we achieve the perfect result and best price for you, and our product listings always provide a clear delivery estimate.

A Little About Our Founder, Deb

Hello, I’m Deb, the owner, and heart behind Love Story Jewellery. My journey in the jewellery industry began in 2005. After 13 years of learning the tools of the trade, from the jeweller’s bench to managing 18 stores across NSW, Love Story Jewellery was born in July 2018.

During that time, I listened carefully to customers, learning what was most important to them. Love Story is the result of that knowledge: a brand built on quality, honesty, and a true passion for helping people celebrate their lives and the people they love.

My other passion, of course, is my family. My eldest son, Jacob, married his wife Heather in 2017, which sparked the inspiration for our wedding range of floating charms. My life changed forever with the arrival of my beautiful granddaughters, Claire Ripley in 2021 and Sabine Lily in 2023. My other son, Sam, has been a massive help in establishing the business. He and I share our business premises, which includes our showroom and warehouse, right here in Bennett’s Green.

Love Story is more than a business to me; it’s a passion that my team and I pour into every collection we design and every piece we create.
