Q1. I have an Internet love story to tell. How do I submit it?

A1. Click on the Submit Your Story link. If I use your story, you'll get a page dedicated to your story and a link to your site if included in your submission.

Q2. I bought an annual site membership some time ago via PayPal, but now you've cancelled the membership area and made all areas free of charge. How do I get my money back?

A2. Please Email Me quoting your name and the email address you used to pay with via PayPal (for verification purposes). If your annual membership is still current, I will forward you a refund for the remaining membership period as soon as possible.

Q3. I have a comment to make about the site or a particular story. Where can I send this?

A3. Simply Email Me with your comments, feedback and advice for story submitters.

Q4. I have a link suggestion for your Cyberlove Links page. Where can I send this?

A4. Please Email Me with your link URL, link title and a short description of your site. Please note I make no guarantees as to when / if your link will be added but I will do my best to review all link requests on a monthly basis. All successful link suggestions will be advised via email. In return for adding your link, I would appreciate a reciprocal link back to Internet Love Stories.

Q5. I would like to advertise a product/service on your site. Do you accept advertising?

A5. There are a limited number of spots for advertisers wishing to place banner or text ads on this site. Please Email Me with your advertising suggestion and we will advise costs for this service.

Q6. I submitted a story to this site, but it still hasn't been listed. When will it appear?

A6. I receive a large number of story submissions every week. As you can imagine, it takes time for me to review these and add them to the site.

To be accepted for publishing, Internet love stories must:

• be factual (you can remain anonymous if you wish)
• consist of a minimum of 500 words
• contain details of how/where you met online
• contain no explicit or offensive content (we reserve the right to edit if necessary)
• be about persons who initially met via the Internet

If your story does not meet these guidelines, it will not be published on this site. Please note I make no guarantees as to when / if your story will be added but will do my best to review all new submissions on a monthly basis. All successful story submissions will be notified upon publishing via the email address used to submit the story.

Q7. I submitted a story to this site, but I no longer want it listed. How do I get it removed?

A7. All stories submitted for publication to this site become the copyright property of Internet Love Stories, except under prior arrangement between the story author and the site owner. However, if you have submitted a story and no longer wish it to remain public, I make every attempt to change your published details, or if preferred, remove your submission as quickly as possible.

Q8. I submitted a story to this site, but I'd like to add an update or photo. Is this possible?

A8. Yes, absolutely. My site visitors are always interested in hearing about the ongoing progress of the cyberlove tales on this site. Simply Email Me with your story update and/or attached photo and I will add it to your story as Part 2, Part 3 etc during the next site update.

Q9. I have an issue about the site that is not addressed here. How do I tell you about it?

A9. Please Email Me, outlining your issue, suggestion or feedback.

Q10. I really love your site. Is it true that you develop, host and edit the site entirely on your own with no funding? I'd like to donate towards running costs.

A10. Thank you! Yes it's true this site is a labor of love, with no income generated apart from the small amount of affiliate commission derived from sponsor links. I decided to scrap the paid members area of the site so that all stories could be made available for all visitors to read, free of charge.
