Mars & Deborah 3: As
Deborah went to the departure hall to fly out of Adelaide I knew that
the next few months were going to drag on slowly and that I would miss
her like crazy. I just didnt want her to go but that was the reality of
the situation. When she got back...
She's From: United States He's From: Australia
I just happened to come across your web
site while wondering around in cyber land and felt the need to tell you
of our story and my Aussie Prince.
In December 99 I meet the most wonderful man
via the net not so much from a chat room but, via a volunteer program we
were/still a part of. It was friendly at first with the casual flirting
and chit chat but, by the beginning of January 2000 we both realized it
had become much more. Pictures had been exchanged and without really
realizing it we had started emailing daily (lots daily) ICQ became a
must have thing, phone calls everyday which he gladly paid for and
volunteering became more and more. *smiles*.
We are both in our 30's and have very busy lives but, came to realize we
had to meet. We discussed this for sometime and then out of the blue my
prince asked me to meet in paradise...Hawaii...he wanted to pay for
everything in order to make the meeting perfect.
I was ready to get on
the plane at that very moment but, had to wait it out. The day finally
came 6 months after we meet and with a 9 hour plane trip I had lots of
time to be nervous. My plane lands and to make a long story short I had
a dream come true in 2 senses of the word...Hawaii and being with my soulmate for 7 glorious days. Tears were shed and I had to leave him. It
was the hardest thing I have ever had to do.
So its now back to emails, ICQ's, phone calls and snail mail once again.
:(... Now after almost 10 months we are very very close still and I know
that nothing will take us away from each other. I would gladly give up
my life in the US and move to Brisbane in a heartbeat. I am just waiting
for him to say the words...I know they will come but, waiting is so very
hard. We do love each other and most of all we respect each other.
