Well, my first night in Florida, Eric came to pick me up and I took one look at him and my knees went weak. He was adorable! We hadn't exchanged pictures previous to this because neither of us were looking for a relationship, let alone a relationship from someone we met on the computer. We went out that night, had a blast, and went out every other night I was in Florida.

The time came for me to pack it up and head on home and we were devastated but promised to keep in touch. We talked on the phone constantly, sent emails and letters daily. And a month later, I was on a plane to Florida to see him.

For 6 months we kept up with the nightly long distance phone calls and once a month visits to see each other. In August of 2000, I moved to Florida to be with him. It was a hard move because I lived with my parents up until this point (I'm 21, he's 24) but now that I'm here, I'm happier than I ever have been.

I never in a million years would have guessed I would meet the man of my dreams via computer.
