So they gave Nick and I a cyber wedding. Nick and I never thought about a real life relationship. In time we started to have stronger feeling for one another and talked about getting married in real life. Nick is from Australia and I am from United States. In November Nick ask if I would think about getting married in real life and I said I would. In December we decided to start planning. On New Year's Eve just as midnight hit, Nick said he had something he wanted to ask me and he asked me to become his wife and life long partner. I said YES.

Well Nick and I are getting married June 10th and I am moving to Australia in July after our honeymoon here in the United States.

Nick and I have only seen each other in pictures and we talk everyday on the phone and in the chatrooms we run on IRCQnet. We think back on our family and realize that many of our great-great-grand parents married in a similar way - never seeing each other until their wedding days. So to Nick and I we are getting married the modern old fashion way thanks to the internet and the phone. Nick and I are also planning a family and hope to have our first child by the end of 2001. We want people to know that there are some people out there that do meet on the Internet and fall in love and make it and truly do love each other.

So please don't give up hope, have faith and trust that love when it is meant to be it will find you no matter when, where and how. Thanks for reading this.
